The Whitehall Building and Zoning Appeals Board tentatively reserves the second Monday at 7:00 PM for hearings, however they only meet when there are scheduled cases.

Once a month the Parks and Recreation Commission meets to discuss business concerning the parks and recreation department. Unless affected by a holiday, they meet the 4th Thursday of each month at Whitehall Community Park, 402 N. Hamilton Road.
