Online Payments

Clerk of Courts - Ticket payment can be made online prior to the due (court) date and within 30 days of an extension granted after a court date. A signed copy of the citation must be mailed or hand delivered to the Clerk of Court's Office (360 S. Yearling Road, Whitehall, OH 43213). 

Fines and costs are also payable online, only if payment is made prior before a court sentencing entry due date. After that date, those wishing to pay should contact the clerk's office to find out if online payment is acceptable.

Police Payments - Online payments can only be made for bonds and alarm bills. Bonds can only be posted online for defendants who are being held at the Whitehall Division of Police. If a defendant is being held at the Franklin County Jail, the person posting the bond for the defendant MUST do so at the station.     

Building Permits            

Fire Department - Payment is only accepted online for business fire permits.     

Parks and Recreation
