The Fall Boxing Program offers the basic fundamentals of boxing will be introduced such as basic punches, stance and footwork. Heavy bag work and other conditioning exercises will take place as well.
The option of ring work will be available to those who choose to do so. This will consist of sparring with three minute, 2 minute or 1 minute rounds. Participants will have the option to just do body work or full sparring with head gear.
This program will enhance healthy coping skills, exercise and teach the art of boxing.
Gloves and gear will be provided but if you gloves please bring them to each session

Sundays, September 17th – November 5th
Location for practices will be a Whitehall Community Park YMCA.
