The Whitehall Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a missing juvenile. Chloe E. Hadley is a 13-year-old, white female. Chloe was last seen on 7/23/19 wearing a black shirt, blue jeans and black shoes with “fuzz” on them.
Chloe left her home in the 4200 block of Beechrun Rd. in Whitehall. Chloe has some family in the Zanesville, OH. Area.
