Whitehall City Council meetings are held on the first and third Tuesdays of each month at 7 p.m. in Council Chambers at City Hall (360 S. Yearling Road). The Council welcomes and encourages public participation. There are two Poll Public opportunities during the regular meetings for the public to participate. All Whitehall City Council meetings are recorded and can be watched live on the City’s Facebook page on starting the day after on the City’s YouTube Channel.

Civil Service Commission meetings are typically held on the second Thursday of the month at 5 p.m. at Whitehall City Hall, unless cancelled due to lack of agenda / business.

The Board of Zoning and Building Appeals meets at 6:30 p.m. on the second Monday of the month in Council Chambers, as needed. If there are no scheduled cases, the meeting is cancelled.
The Standing Committees of Council meet on the second and fourth Tuesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. at Whitehall City Hall. Members of the public are welcome to attend, however, these meetings do not involve a Poll Public.
